FAQ
How do I share my film? Your Feature Film is uploaded to YouTube. In the play window you will see a “Share” icon, which you can use to email or post to Facebook. We recommend downloading your film to post to Instagram. Your Feature Film is unlisted on YouTube by default, but is still sharable via the “Share” button.
How do I download my film? We provide a direct download link to your film just below the video player window. This will re-direct to Dropbox. Final edits are archived on our servers for 5 years — so if the download link breaks just reach out and we’ll re-send a new one :)
What if I see something I don’t like in my film? While we have high standards of quality, it is possible some things slip through the cracks and software sometimes has a mind of its own. If you think something rendered incorrectly in your film, or you see something you want changed, just let us know and we’ll make it right!
